- What is the Dunlop Pump & Go Campaign?
The campaign rewards customers who purchase eligible Dunlop tyres and successfully register their tyres under the Dunlop E-Warranty program with Setel vouchers.
- Why do I need to register for E-Warranty?
E-Warranty registration activates warranty coverage and qualifies customers for the campaign.
- Is E-Warranty registration mandatory for voucher redemption?
Yes. Voucher is only awarded after successful E-Warranty registration.
- When does the campaign end?
The campaign is valid for eligible tyre purchases made on or before 31 September 2026.
Eligibility
- Who can participate?
All retail customers who purchase eligible Dunlop tyres from authorized Dunlop dealers in Malaysia during the campaign period.
- Are Toyota customers eligible?
Yes. Customers purchasing Dunlop tyres from Toyota 4S Centres are eligible.
- How do Toyota customers register?
During E-Warranty registration, select:Dealer / Shop Selection: Toyota 4S Centre
The registration process is otherwise the same as any other authorized dealer.
- Are fleet or commercial purchases eligible?
The campaign is intended for retail customers. Commercial, fleet, or bulk purchases may be excluded.

Registration & Claim Process
- How do I claim the voucher?
Step 1:
Purchase eligible Dunlop tyres.
Step 2:
Keep your purchase invoice.
Step 3:
Register your tyres through Dunlop E-Warranty.
Step 4:
Complete registration within 7 days from the purchase date.
Step 5:
Receive your Setel voucher via email after verification.
- Do I need to upload my invoice?
Yes. Customers should retain and upload supporting documents when required during registration.
- How long do I have to register?
Registration must be completed within 7 days from the purchase date.
- What happens if I register after 7 days?
Late registrations may not qualify for redemption approval.
Voucher Redemption
- How will I receive the voucher?
Voucher will be sent to the registered email address after successful verification.
- How long will it take to receive the voucher?
Customers should receive the voucher within approximately 30 working days after successful registration.
- Can voucher be converted into cash?
No. Voucher is to be used via the Setel app and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Can the voucher be transferred to another person?
No. Voucher is non-transferable.
- How long is the voucher valid for?
The voucher is valid for one (1) year after redemption.
Vehicle & Tyre Registration Limits
- How many tyres can be registered under one vehicle?
A maximum of 4 tyres per vehicle can be registered under Dunlop E-Warranty.
- If I own more than one vehicle, can I claim voucher for each vehicle?
Yes. Customers may claim vouchers for multiple vehicles, provided each vehicle has a valid E-Warranty registration.
- Is there a limit on the number of vehicles I can register?
Customers may register multiple vehicles, subject to successful E-Warranty registration and campaign requirements.
- Can I register more than 4 tyres under one vehicle?
No. E-Warranty registration is limited to a maximum of 4 tyres per vehicle.
Common Issues
- I have not received my voucher. What should I do?
Please:
- Check your Spam/Junk folder.
- Verify the email address used during registration.
- Allow up to 30 working days for processing.
- Contact customer support if the waiting period has passed.
- I entered the wrong email address. What should I do?
Contact customer support immediately for assistance before cashback processing is completed.
- My registration failed. Can I submit again?
Yes, provided the registration is still within the 7 days registration period and all information is accurate.
