Dunlop “Go beyond” Gift-with-Purchase Promotion 2026

1. Sales Promotion Overview

1.1. Promotion Period: This promotion is valid from 1st June 2026 to 31st August 2026 (both dates inclusive), or while stocks last.

1.2. Gift Category A: Customers who purchase a minimum of four (4) pieces of participating Dunlop Sport Maxx Series tyres in a single receipt are eligible to receive one (1) FREE Powerbank.

Participating patterns include:

1.3. Gift Category B: Customers who purchase a minimum of four (4) pieces of participating Dunlop BlueResponse (TG) tyres in a single receipt are eligible to receive one (1) FREE Automatic Inverted Umbrella.

1.4. Participating Outlets: This promotion is exclusive to Toyotsu Binter Automotive Parts Pte Ltd authorised dealers in Singapore.

2. Eligibility and Redemption

2.1. To be eligible for redemption, the customer must purchase four (4) qualifying tyres in a single invoice/receipt from a participating authorised dealer.

2.2. Redemption is on a first-come, first-served basis and strictly while stocks last.

2.3. This promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other ongoing promotions, discounts, vouchers, or privileges offered by Toyotsu Binter Automotive Parts Pte Ltd or its authorised dealers.

2.4. Gifts are non-exchangeable for cash, credit, or other products.

3. Tyre Warranty

3.1. Manufacturing Warranty: All Dunlop passenger tyres supplied by Toyotsu Binter are warranted against manufacturing defects for a period of five (5) years from the date of manufacture.

3.2. e-Warranty: For full details on warranty coverage, exclusions, and to register your tyres, please visit the Dunlop eWarranty portal.

3.3. Parallel Imports: Toyotsu Binter Automotive Parts Pte Ltd does not provide any warranty, after-sales service, or promotional eligibility for parallel-imported tyres.

3.4. Liability: Save for compensation defined under the standard warranty policy, ToyotsuBinter shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or expenses arising from participation (or inability to participate) in this promotion.

4. Privacy Policy & Data Protection

4.1. Data Collection: Toyotsu Binter and its authorised dealers may collect personal data (including name, contact details, and vehicle plate number) to verify the purchase and facilitate gift redemption.

4.2. Usage: By participating, you consent to Toyotsu Binter using your personal data to contact you regarding this promotion or related customer service queries.

4.3. Third Parties: Toyotsu Binter will not disclose, sell, or lend your personal information to any third party not involved in the administration of this promotion.

5. Miscellaneous

5.1. Fraud: In the event of suspected fraud or tampering, Toyotsu Binter reserves the right to withhold gifts, conduct internal investigations, and refer the matter to relevant authorities if necessary.

5.2. Right to Amend: Toyotsu Binter Automotive Parts Pte Ltd reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions, substitute the promotional gifts with items of similar value, or terminate the promotion early without prior notice.

5.3. Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by the Laws of Singapore.

5.4. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes shall first be settled through good-faith negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, the decision of Toyotsu Binter Automotive Parts Pte Ltd shall be final and binding.
