What is the Dunlop Journey To Rewards Campaign?
The campaign rewards customers who purchase eligible Dunlop tyres and successfully register their tyres under the Dunlop E-Warranty program with the chance to enter a lucky draw, winning a 6D5N trip to Tokyo Japan for 2 pax. Customers will also receive a guaranteed TNG eWallet cashback in accordance with their purchase.
The more tyres you purchase, the higher the cashback amount, and the higher the chance to win the lucky draw prize.
Why do I need to register for E-Warranty?
E-Warranty registration activates warranty coverage and qualifies customers for the campaign.
Is E-Warranty registration mandatory to participate?
Yes. Customers must successfully register their purchase via Dunlop E-Warranty within 7 days of purchase to join the lucky draw and receive the TNG eWallet cashback.
When does the campaign end?
The campaign is valid for eligible tyre purchases from 1st October to 31st December 2026 and registered for E-Warranty during campaign period.
Who can participate?
All retail customers who purchase eligible Dunlop tyres from authorized Dunlop dealers in Malaysia during the campaign period.
Are Toyota / Perodua customers eligible?
Yes. Customers purchasing Dunlop tyres from Toyota 4S Centres / Perodua 4S Centres are eligible.
How do Toyota / Perodua customers register?
During E-Warranty registration, select: “Dealer / Shop : Toyota 4S Centre” or “Dealer / Shop : Perodua 4S Centre”
The registration process is otherwise the same as any other authorised dealer.
Are fleet or commercial purchases eligible?
The campaign is intended for retail customers. Commercial, fleet, or bulk purchases may be excluded.

What’s the value of TNG eWallet cashback I can receive?
• 15″ – 16″ : RM40 credit per set of 4 tyres
• 17″ – 18″ : RM60 credit per set of 4 tyres
• 19″ & above : RM100 credit per set of 4 tyres
How many lucky draw entries am I entitled to?
- Purchase of 1 tyre = 1 entry
- Purchase of 2 tyres = 2 entries
- Purchase of 3 tyres = 3 entries
- Purchase of 4 tyres = 4 entries
The value of cashback will be calculated on a per-tyre basis according to the tyre size purchased.
E-Warranty Registration Process
Step 1:
Purchase eligible Dunlop tyres from any authorised Dunlop dealers.
Step 2:
Keep your purchase invoice and register your tyres through Dunlop E-Warranty program. https://ewarranty.dunloptyres.com.my/
Step 3:
Tick checkbox “I agree to participate in the Dunlop Journey To Rewards Campaign”.
Step 4:
Ensure registration is completed and confirmation email is received within 7 days from purchase date.
Step 5:
Upon successful E-Warranty registration, you are automatically enrolled in the lucky draw and will receive the TNG reload PIN via your registered email address.
Do I need to upload my invoice?
Yes. Customers should retain and upload supporting documents as required during registration.
How long do I have to register?
Registration must be completed within 7 days from the purchase date.
What happens if I register after 7 days?
Late registrations may not qualify for lucky draw entry and TNG eWallet cashback redemption. The tyres purchased will also not be eligible for E-Warranty.
Reward Redemption
How will I receive the TNG eWallet credit?
The TNG reload PIN will be sent to the registered email address within approximately 30 working days after successful verification.
Can the TNG eWallet credit be converted into cash?
No. The credit is non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Can the TNG eWallet credit be transferred to another person?
No. The credit is non-transferable.
When will the results of lucky draw be announced?
The lucky draw winner will be announced via social media on 15th January 2027, and the winner will be notified by email on the same day.
What does the lucky draw prize include?
The prize includes return flight, travel insurance and accommodation for two (2) persons to Tokyo Japan.
The prize does not include meals, transportation allowance, personal expenses, or other incidental expenses.
Vehicle & Tyre Registration Limits
How many tyres can be registered under one vehicle?
A maximum of 4 tyres per vehicle can be registered under Dunlop E-Warranty.
Can I participate if I purchase tyres for more than one vehicle?
Yes. Customers may participate with multiple vehicles, provided each vehicle has a valid E-Warranty registration.
Can I register more than 4 tyres under one vehicle?
No. E-Warranty registration is limited to a maximum of 4 tyres per vehicle.

I have not received my TNG reload PIN. What should I do?
Please:
- Check your Spam/Junk folder.
- Verify the email address used during registration.
- Allow up to 30 working days for processing.
- Contact customer support if the waiting period has passed.
I entered the wrong email address. What should I do?
Contact customer support immediately for assistance before cashback processing is completed.
My registration failed. Can I submit again?
Yes, provided the registration is still within the 7 days registration period and all information is accurate.
